A stone cold punk-funk classic and an early example of Sherwood applying his growing studio skills to a non-reggae release. Formed in Nottingham, England; Medium Medium merged hard dance rhythms, staccato guitar and impassioned vocals with paint-peeling free jazz saxophone and found sounds. Backed with the equally impressive b-side “Nadsat Dream”, this was their second single, recorded at Berwick Street Studios in Soho, London and co-produced by Adrian with the band’s own provider of “special noises”, Graham Spink. Dave Henderson of Sound International presciently wrote at the time: "It will doubtlessly be revered as a classic after the group have long since departed."
